Cyclone Dust Collector
Cyclone dust collectors are also sometimes referred to as cyclone separators. They are primarily used to remove heavier density particles. The cyclone dust collector system uses centrifugal force to collect and direct dust towards the collection bin which is positioned at the bottom. Ekaminingsolutions offers a wide range of cyclone dust collectors, details of which can be found in the technical specifications tab below. We also can manufacture customized cyclone dust collector systems depending on the flow criteria, density of the dust, anticipated dust quantity, type of dust, etc.
How Does It Work
Cyclone dust collector system creates a dual air flow to separate coarse from fine dust. The main air flow goes downward and carries most of the coarser dust. The inner air flow created around the bottom of the cyclone, goes upward and carries the finer dust particles. The fine dust is captured by the filter attached to the outlet via a centrifugal fan, followed by filter bags, a collection tank may be provided to collect the fine dust.
